In the first period an employee is employed by us. Just after some time, he is transferred to Your company. It gives a possibility of free entering on his privileges and duties at your company’s place just at the moment when you are convinced of the fact he is an appropriate person for it. If an employee is not proved correctly, we will change him into new one up to the time, you will confirm than he is the right person for the offered position.
