Basic recruitment
It covers preparation and publication of press announcements and the introductory verification of coming declarations on the base of applications and telephone surveys with candidate applicants. Such prepared protocol on this base covers name list of candidates with a short opinion on every one of them. Candidates’ documents with protocol are sent to a Client.
Complex recruitment
It is the full candidates’ selection based on recruitment announcements and data base. Candidates are carefully checked during a few stage process of selection led by consultants and psychologist. At the effect of it, You are receiving 3 best candidates, where "TECHNO-SERVICE" is giving a guarantee for them. The guarantee is unconditional and depends on that if an employed candidate is dismissed or quits his job during the length of guarantee period, we are renewing the search for candidates without any additional costs.
Express recruitment
Enables a quick finding an appropriate employee without the necessity of placing press announcement. It refers to lower level positions. Chosen candidates from data base (2-3 persons for each position) will be meeting settled requirements, after preparing report (on the base of analysis of CV, curriculum vitae and other documents) introduced to Client.
