• keeping records of personal documentation, absence records, work time, periodic medical examinations, BHP trainings
• preparation of forming work attitude documents, reports connected with Client’s personal activity
• establishment of rights to holidays and severance package, compensations, net grant equivalents, jubilee awards
• providing with data and giving explanations of matters for PIP inspection.

Pay service – we are taking over all functions from pay department, for instance:

• counting pays, severance packages as well as other inherent services to employees; proper insurance premiums and income taxes
• establishing rights to proper benefits and entitled financial services to employees
• preparing of settlements with ZUS and US, reports and statements connected with Client’s activity and sending them to appropriate authorities
• keeping among others records of earnings, benefits, employees liabilities
• providing data and giving explanations in cases covered by performed service in the course of ZUS and US control.
